While each site is uniquely different, there are three key components to the SoleKIDs program. Each practice will contain: The Lesson, The Run, and The Game.

What is SoleKIDs?
SoleKIDs is a program designed to help elementary-aged children of all fitness levels build confidence, develop healthy habits, and discover the joy of movement. Each season combines physical training with age-appropriate lessons on perseverance, goal-setting, and teamwork. Whether your child is new to running or has experience, they’ll find a supportive environment to thrive in with SoleKIDs.
This Spring Season:
– Start: Week of March 23rd
– End: May 16th
– Final Race Day: May 16th
Weekly Practices:
– Held twice a week after school at designated school or community park locations
– Includes warm-up, running-based games, structured training, and character lessons
8-Week Program Includes:
– Expert coaching by trained and background-checked volunteers
– SoleKIDs performance t-shirt and water bottle
– Access to online parent resources and weekly updates
– Entry to the end-of-season celebration race, a fun, non-competitive event where every kid finishes a champion
